Return & Refund Policy

At A Blind Date Products, we take pride in creating handcrafted bath and body products in small batches. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want every purchase to be a positive experience.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless they arrived defective or were shipped incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged shipment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong product was sent.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an unused, unopened product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Handmade soaps
  • Tallow skin cream
  • Beard balms
  • Lip balms
  • Bath bombs
  • Shower steamers
  • Lotion bars
  • Candles
  • Wax melts

unless they arrive damaged or defective.
