Thank you for shopping with A Blind Date Products. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your handcrafted products arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using trusted shipping carriers, including USPS and UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are generally:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority or Expedited Shipping: Based on the shipping option selected during checkout

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information, allowing you to follow your package until it arrives.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected for your order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

A Blind Date Products is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Shipping Within the United States

At this time, A Blind Date Products ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
